Negative review. I had booked baggage claim at the hotel in Bergamo for 21/08/2020, NO ONE has arrived to collect. On 08/26/2020, after 5 days, I am contacted by an operator for information on baggage claim. Zero professionalism., I have had a DISSERVICE.
