L	Luigino Spina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente non professionale, inaffidabili.....ho spedito un pacco a Roma con l'assicurazione che sarebbe arrivato il giorno dopo....non ci crederete,,,,,,,,nn solo nn è arrivato il giorno dopo (con conseguenza perdita de contenuto altamente deperibile) ma -ed è questo che mi ha dato piu fastidio- hanno accampato scuse futili...del tipo..in casa del destinatario n rispondeva nessuno al tel...i corrieri nn sono tenuti a telefonaare al destinatario... mai più da loro,,, Absolutely unprofessional, unreliable ..... I sent a package to Rome with the assurance that it would arrive the next day .... you will not believe it ,,,,,,,, not only did not arrive the next day ( with consequent loss of highly perishable content) but - and this is what bothered me most - they made futile excuses ... such as ... at the recipient's home no one answered the phone ... the couriers are not required to call to the recipient ... never again from them ,,,
D	Daniele Serino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato due volte per chiedere il codice fiscale di mia figlia, per due volte mi hanno detto che lo avrebbero cercato nella giornata successiva e mi avrebbero contattato (anche nel caso in cui non lo avessero trovato) ma sono 3 mesi che aspetto mi ricontattino! Ora ho un altra figlia nata a giugno e nuovamente non mi è arrivato il codice fiscale, penso che farò una denuncia agli uffici di competenza per inefficienza del servizio a questo punto! Non è possibile che in tre anni e varie richieste di rispedizione del codice fiscale non sia mai arrivato!! I went twice to ask for my daughter's tax code, twice they told me that they would look for it the next day and contact me (even if they hadn't found it) but I've been waiting for 3 months to get back in touch! Now I have another daughter born in June and again I have not received the tax code, I think I will make a complaint to the competent offices for inefficiency of the service at this point! It is not possible that in three years and various requests to return the tax code has never arrived !!
