Gli operatori sono gentili e competenti, per alcune operazioni come la registrazione del passaggio di proprietà conviene prendere un appuntamento perché si corre il rischio di andare e non trovate l'impiegato che magari è in motorizzazione. Sono 3 giorni che provo a telefonare ( almeno 20 chiamate al giorno) e che ignorano completamente le chiamate, nessuna risposta...mi chiedo se siano tutti in vacanza, se siano sordi o se amino "lavorare" con gli squilli del telefono in sottofondo per tutto il giorno...o se vivono in una eterna pausa caffè. Certo è che se hanno una linea telefonica e non rispondono per 3 giorni di seguito di sicuro non lavorano per come dovrebbero ed andrebbero licenziati in tronco. Pessimi... le cose in calabria non funzionano grazie a dipendenti del genere che costringono per la loro inefficenza a doversi rivolgere ad agenzie di disbrigo pratiche automobilistiche spendendo il 20% in più...VERGOGNATEVI VERGOGNATEVI VERGOGNATEVI Bad is the only adequate word. I wonder if they are all on vacation, if they are deaf or if they like to "work" with the phone ringing in the background all day ... or if they live on an eternal coffee break. What is certain is that if they have a telephone line and do not answer for 3 days in a row they certainly do not work as they should and should be fired immediately.
