Dopo aver acquistato un frigorifero a incasso, ho riscontrato che il montaggio era stato eseguito male, praticamente non perfettamente in linea rispetto al mobile nel quale era incassato. Successivamente, all'atto dell'acquisto di un altro elettrodomestico, ho segnalato l'anomalia, pregando il titolare di intervenire, anche pagando l'intervento se fosse stato necessario. Dopo un paio di mesi e alcune telefonate di sollecito, ho capito che evidentemente l'interesse del titolare era solo la vendita e basta.

After a couple of months and some reminder calls, I realized that obviously the owner's interest was only the sale.
