Ho fatto 8 viaggi per ritirare dei contratti, obbligata a fare la fila ogni volta, nonostante tornassi perché mi avevano negato le copie all'atto della sottoscrizione (con la scusa dei sistemi lenti ovvero fila da smaltire). In tutto ciò a nulla è valso avergli detto che ero incinta. Conclusione: un contratto firmato sulla carta e mai avviato e un contratto completamente sbagliato nell'anagrafica (nonostante si dovesse copiare da un documento). Mai più, piuttosto cambio gestore. Il personale addetto non sembra purtroppo pienamente consapevole della delicatezza del servizio svolto, mostrando un comportamento piuttosto freddo e distaccato nei confronti della clientela, specialmente quella potenziale. In tale "store" ci si reca insomma per stretta necessità, quando ossia non se ne può fare quasi a meno e fino ad augurarsi di non dovervi fare ritorno una seconda volta. Quando ciò tuttavia accadesse, non si potrebbe che avere conferma della prima impressione, quale quella inizialmente illustrata. È comunque pure doveroso precisare, per obbligo di correttezza critica, che il severo giudizio qui espresso é da intendersi rigorosamente personale e che il tutto é dunque da annotare, solamente, quale semplice "impressione" di un cliente !!! Sono andato tre volte ed in tutti e tre i casi problema risolto in tempi più che accettabili. Professionalism and speed on the part of the employees. Friendliness and courtesy distinguish the people who work on site. I went three times and in all three cases the problem was solved in a more than acceptable time.

Settimane in attesa di una risposta, copie dei contratti inesistenti, personale senza un minimo di professionalità. E, ascoltate ascoltate , dopo aver cambiato gestore ricevo telefonate chiedendomi, prima , il motivo del mio cambio e poi al danno la beffa. Vengo contattato e avvisato che il mio cambio nn è andato a buon fine a seguito di una mia disdetta con il nuovo gestore. Senza parole ! Bad experience. I have read positive comments and I honestly don't deserve them. Weeks waiting for an answer, copies of non-existent contracts, staff without a minimum of professionalism. And, listen listen, after changing manager I get phone calls asking me, first, the reason for my change and then insult to injury. I am contacted and informed that my change has not been successful following my cancellation with the new manager. Without words !
