Assistenza scarsa sia prima che durante il viaggio, poco controllo delle realtà locali, collaborazione con agenzie locali incompetenti e non in grado di risolvere le problematiche. Viaggio venduto come guidato ma in realtà guida non presente. Pessimo
Tour operator not transparent and poorly organized. Poor assistance both before and during the trip, little control of local realities, collaboration with incompetent local agencies and unable to solve problems. Trip sold as guided but in reality guide not present. Very bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il tour operator fornisce sicuramente gadgets e materiali da viaggio accattivanti ma dietro una bella presenza ci deve essere anche sostanza. Pur essendo il gruppo accompagnato da ben 2 operatori dipendenti da King, all'aeroporto di scalo (Istanbul) e di arrivo non se ne é assolutamente percepita la presenza, che ritengo sarebbe stata utile ad un viaggiatore inesperto. All'arrivo a Dubai per circa 20 min. non si è fatto vedere nessuno ed in hotel alle 3 di notte nonostante l'assenza di altri gruppi regnava la confusione nell'assegnazione delle camere.
Prima della partenza dall'Italia non era previsto il tampone pcr sotto i 16 anni per visitare le attrazioni di Abu Dhabi, mentre nel corso della vacanza ci è stato detto che era obbligatorio con ulteriore esborso di denaro.
A tal proposito all'ingresso della Great Mosque di Abu Dhabi era scritto che il tampone pcr serviva solo ai maggiori di 16 anni..... Il controllo si limitava comunque ad una rapida occhiata del certificato senza scansione del qr code.
Si salva la guida Sam che sa il fatto suo ma che non dicendo che per la visita alla moschea era obbligatorio coprire le gambe ha costretto molti a comperare la tipica tunica araba.
The tour operator certainly provides gadgets and eye-catching travel materials but behind a beautiful presence there must also be substance. Although the group is accompanied by 2 operators employed by King, their presence at the stopover (Istanbul) and arrival airport was absolutely not perceived, which I believe would have been useful for an inexperienced traveler. Upon arrival in Dubai for approximately 20 min. no one showed up and in the hotel at 3 am, despite the absence of other groups, confusion reigned in the assignment of the rooms.
Before leaving Italy, there was no tampon for children under 16 to visit the attractions of Abu Dhabi, while during the holiday we were told that it was mandatory with an additional outlay of money.
In this regard, at the entrance to the Great Mosque of Abu Dhabi it was written that the pcr buffer was used only for those over 16 years of age ..... The check was however limited to a quick glance of the certificate without scanning the QR code.
The guide Sam is saved, who knows his stuff but by not saying that covering the legs was mandatory for the visit to the mosque, he forced many to buy the typical Arab tunic.
