★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Li ho contattati per un trasloco e successiva pulizia dei locali. Mi hanno risposto subito ed eseguito il sopralluogo con preventivo il giorno successivo. Servizio impeccabile, mi hanno sollevata da un problema grande, sinceramente non pensavo che un trasloco, tra scatoloni e successiva sistemazione ordinata, potesse risolversi in così poco tempo. Sono stata molto soddisfatta e ho commissionato loro a lavoro eseguito anche la pulizia dell'appartamento. Ottimo anche il preventivo, in linea con la spesa finale sostenuta. Bravi ragazzi!
 I contacted them for a move and subsequent cleaning of the premises. They replied immediately and carried out the inspection with a quote the next day. Impeccable service, they relieved me of a big problem, I honestly did not think that a move, between boxes and subsequent orderly arrangement, could be solved in such a short time. I was very satisfied and I also commissioned them to clean the apartment. The estimate is also excellent, in line with the final expenditure incurred. Good guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ragazzi volenterosi e molti bravi, sono nel condominio dove alloggio. Puliscono con accortezza e lasciano sempre un profumo buonissimo negli ambienti. Il titolare è sempre in prima linea e si da molto da fare per controllare che tutto proceda per il meglio, educati e con grande attenzione anche verso le persone comuni in caso di piccole necessità. Ho addirittura chiesto se un'operatrice possa venire a casa mia ad effettuare le pulizie, spero mi dicano di si ;-) Consigliatissimi!
Willing and very good guys are in the apartment building where I live. They clean carefully and always leave a very good perfume in the rooms. The owner is always on the front line and goes out of his way to check that everything is going smoothly, polite and with great attention also towards ordinary people in case of small needs. I even asked if an operator could come to my house to do the cleaning, I hope they tell me yes ;-) Highly recommended!

Ho cercato su Internet e ho trovato Aurora Cleaning, ho chiamato e lo stesso pomeriggio tutto è stato risolto e la mia casa era più pulito che mai. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho richiesto a inizio gennaio un servizio di pulizia straordinaria a seguito del primo ingresso in una casa precedentemente abitata da altre persone e lasciata in disuso per diverso tempo (con accumulo di polvere e sporcizia, soprattutto in aree quali cucina, bagno e scaffali).
Nonostante alcune problematiche che la società stava riscontrando a causa della diffusione di contagi tipica del periodo, il personale dell'assistenza clienti è stata davvero rapida e disponibile ad organizzare e darmi riscontro ai fini della prenotazione.
Il giorno previsto per l'attività la squadra e il supervisore sono stati puntuali e gentili.
Il supervisore ha avuto cura di indicare in dettaglio cosa era stato fatto ed eventuali punti critici/elementi ai quali non era stato eventualmente possibile trovare soluzione in totale trasparenza e professionalità.
Al termine del servizio la casa era pulita e profumata e il team si è reso disponibile ad essere ricontattato in caso di problematiche di cui mi fossi accorta in un secondo momento.
Il prezzo è stato coerente con il range presentato in sede di preventivo.
Rinnovo i ringraziamenti per la rapidità e la gentilezza nel servizio.
At the beginning of January I requested an extraordinary cleaning service following the first entry into a house previously inhabited by other people and left in disuse for some time (with accumulation of dust and dirt, especially in areas such as the kitchen, bathroom and shelves).
Despite some problems that the company was experiencing due to the spread of infections typical of the period, the customer service staff was really quick and available to organize and give me feedback for the booking.
On the day scheduled for the activity, the team and supervisor were punctual and polite.
The supervisor took care to indicate in detail what had been done and any critical points / elements to which it might not have been possible to find a solution in total transparency and professionalism.
At the end of the service the house was clean and fragrant and the team made themselves available to be contacted in case of problems that I noticed at a later time.
The price was consistent with the range presented in the estimate.
I renew my thanks for the speed and kindness in the service.

Ho contattato l’impresa dopo aver visto le bellissime recensioni su di loro.
Avevo bisogno di una pulizia post - ristrutturazione; sono stati velocissimi a fare il preventivo e il giorno del lavoro la squadra è stata puntuale, disponibile e attenta ai minimi dettagli.
La casa splendeva… sono rimasta super soddisfatta.
In futuro mi rivolgerò sicuramente di nuovo a loro.

I contacted the company after seeing the wonderful reviews about them.
I needed a post - refurbishment cleaning; they were very quick to make the estimate and on the day of work the team was punctual, helpful and attentive to the smallest details.
The house was shining… I was super satisfied.
I will definitely turn to them again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A 3-people team of Aurora Cleaning professionals just left my larger 2-bedroom condo, after a three-hour deep cleaning mission. A mission it was, because while it looked kind of clean, my condo was pretty dirty.
Every single corner of it is now sparkling clean, including under my bed and above all cabinets.
The team brought their cleaning products and gear, tall ladder included.
The price is not cheap, but ok for this quality of service. Lovely people with an endearing style.

Their professional approach and deep cleaning has overcome my expectations.
