Anni fa ci hanno assistito anche x 1 annullamento causa problemi di salute, fossi andata da un'altra parte non penso sarebbero stati così premurosi Top kind, patient, professional, we are regular customers. Years ago we were also assisted x 1 cancellation due to health problems, I had gone somewhere else I don't think they would have been so helpful

Mi ha trattato malissimo forse solo perché non gli stavo chiedendo informazioni su un pacchetto viaggio ma solo per comprare dei biglietti del treno. Sono senza parole e sconcertata dalla sua maleducazione. E pensare che siamo pure "vicini di lavoro". Non lo consiglierò mai a nessuno. Mi dispiace ma non si trattano così le persone. Direi che non è il lavoro che fa per lui... I have just come out and I will never go there again. I asked for help to make train tickets and I received a very rude gentleman. He treated me terribly, maybe just because I wasn't asking him about a travel package but only to buy train tickets. I am speechless and bewildered by his rudeness. And to think that we are also "neighbors of work". I will never recommend it to anyone. I'm sorry but people aren't treated like that. I would say that this is not the job for him ...

Purtroppo la destinazione che ho scelto si è rivelata non il meglio, ma non è assolutamente colpa loro ma di interhome, che pubblicizza gli appartamenti in un modo (ho assistito di persona alla telefonata e alle domande precise fatte) mentre la realtà è un'altra. Ripeto, ottima agenzia con persone che si 'sbattono' per il cliente. Very kind and efficient. Unfortunately the destination I chose turned out not to be the best, but it is absolutely not their fault but of interhome, which advertises the apartments in one way (I personally witnessed the phone call and the precise questions asked) while the reality is another . I repeat, excellent agency with people who 'bang' for the client.
