β β β β β Ho trovato questo locale grazie a The Fork, purtroppo nel momento della prenotazione non mi Γ¨ stato possibile prenotare con lo sconto, ma dopo aver spiegato la situazione, lo sconto mi Γ¨ stato applicato lo stesso, sono stati veramente gentilissimi.
Oltre a ciΓ², il locale presenta tavoli dentro, su strada ma a mio parere quelli piΓΉ belli sono sul terrazzo, durante la cena si ha la vista sul castello e sulla via di passeggio.
Per quanto riguarda il cibo, i piatti proposti, sia di mare che di terra, sono assolutamente meritevoli di essere provati. Un gusto genuino che si puΓ² trovare solo in questi piccoli paesi, unite a porzioni veramente abbondanti.
I prezzi sono decisamente modici per la qualitΓ e la quantitΓ del cibo, uniti al servizio professionale e alla location.
 I found this place thanks to The Fork, unfortunately at the time of booking I was not able to book with the discount, but after explaining the situation, the discount was applied to me anyway, they were really very kind.
In addition to this, the restaurant has tables inside, on the street but in my opinion the most beautiful are on the terrace, during dinner you have a view of the castle and the walking path.
As for the food, the dishes offered, both sea and land, are absolutely worth trying. A genuine taste that can only be found in these small towns, combined with truly generous portions.
The prices are decidedly moderate for the quality and quantity of the food, combined with the professional service and location.

β β β β β Complice forse la serata festiva e il pienone del ristorante , non siamo rimasti particolarmente soddisfatti dei piatti ordinati. In particolare i due risotti alla marinara, pur accettabilmente conditi, erano davvero troppo indietro di cottura, definirli al dente Γ¨ davvero un eufemismo.
Segnalato al cameriere, si Γ¨ offerto di farceli rifare ma l'ora tarda ci ha consigliato di rinunciare, di mangiare il mangiabile e passare ai secondi ( questi piΓΉ correttamente eseguiti).
Al momento del conto, pur essendo stato giΓ segnalato al momento dell'arrivo che eravamo clienti The Fork, non ci Γ¨ stato applicato lo sconto previsto. Alla nostra segnalazione Γ¨ comunque seguita l'immediata rettifica.
Perhaps thanks to the festive evening and the full house of the restaurant, we were not particularly satisfied with the dishes ordered. In particular, the two risotto alla marinara, although acceptably seasoned, were really too late in cooking, defining them al dente is really an understatement.
Reported to the waiter, he offered to let us do it again but the late hour advised us to give up, eat the eatable and move on to the seconds (these more correctly executed).
At the time of the bill, although it was already reported upon arrival that we were The Fork customers, we were not given the discount provided. In any case, our report was immediately corrected.

β β β β β Although this venue opened just recently, it certainly knows it's stuff! Located on the gorgeous street beneath the castle of Castelbuono, it offers a fantastic rooftop terrace with views to die for. That alone would be good enough with an aperitivo (drink and light bites), but if you add a full-scale meal, it's nothing short of superb. My assortment of starters featured delicate local mushrooms, a fantastic caponata with toasted almonds (my favourite), grilled veggies, souffle, frittata, and of course bread with the local olive oil. This was followed by great pasta "kilometro zero" with only the most local ingredients, and the highlight of the meal - rabbit stewed with olives and herbs from the mountain behind the town. Oh, and of course the perfectly selected wine, and superior level of service. A "quick dinner" is certain to turn into a long and unforgettable evening. Don't miss it.
