★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo mangiato benissimooooo!!! Siamo stati subito accolti con il sorriso e la gentilezza, fatti accomodare in un bel tavolo rotondo, comodi, larghi. Abbiamo ordinato un antipasto con prodotti tipici del posto, super abbondante, ogni portata molto curata, cucinata come una volta, con amore e senza pensare al tempo necessario. I miei maccheroni fatti in casa alla Norma erano eccezionali, mai mangiati così buoni, con melanzane a pezzi grossi ed un sugo con la "S" maiuscola! Anche le caserecce con ragù bianco di maialino nero con funghi porcini erano superlative, davvero buone! Complimenti allo chef, che ci ha fatto riscoprire dei sapori spesso dimenticati!
 We ate very well !!! We were immediately greeted with a smile and kindness, seated at a nice round table, comfortable, large. We ordered an appetizer with typical local products, super abundant, each course very accurate, cooked as it once was, with love and without thinking about the time needed. My homemade maccheroni alla Norma were exceptional, never eaten so good, with aubergines in large pieces and a sauce with a capital "S"! Even the caserecce with white ragout of black pig with porcini mushrooms were superb, really good! Congratulations to the chef, who made us rediscover often forgotten flavors!
