★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Antica pasticceria tra i vicoli di Castelbuono, abbiamo provato un dolce tipico, se non erro il nome è grisella, una palla di sfoglia fritta ripiena di crema gialla o di ricotta da mangiare in un sol boccone. Davvero buona anche se un po’ cara, 0,80€ a pezzo. Economiche e buonissime invece le meringhe che si scioglievano in bocca. Un pacco enorme a soli 3€.
Ancient pastry shop in the alleys of Castelbuono, we tried a typical dessert, if I'm not mistaken the name is grisella, a fried puff pastry ball filled with yellow cream or ricotta to eat in one bite. Really good even if a little expensive, € 0.80 per piece. The meringues that melted in the mouth were cheap and delicious. A huge package for only € 3.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grande varietà di dolci e pasticceria artigianale, cannoli enormi con la ricotta freschissima e i sospiri che sono veramente deliziosi e caratteristici. Il signor Andrea poi è di una gentilezza unica!
Great variety of desserts and artisan pastries, huge cannoli with the freshest ricotta and sighs that are truly delicious and characteristic. Mr. Andrea then is of a unique kindness!
