Il cibo è gioia e questo andrebbe comunicato al cliente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mentre stavo andando a prendere il treno per rientrare a Palermo ho visto questa piccola pasticceria e, incuriosita, sono entrata. La pasticceria in sé è molto piccola ma, nonostante fossero le 20, era molto rifornita. Personalmente ho provato solo la pasta di mandorle, che però mi ha un po’ delusa perché un po’ dura e non molto fragrante, e un CARTOCCIO. Quest’ultimo è stata una vera scoperta: non avevo mai assaggiato un cartoccio prima di allora e devo dire che questo era speciale! Il cartoccio mi è stato riempito al momento con della crema di ricotta buonissima, abbondante e vellutata che ben si sposava con l’impasto morbido e il croccante zucchero semolato all’esterno. Le due signore al bancone sono state molto gentili.
While I was going to take the train to return to Palermo I saw this little pastry shop and, intrigued, I entered. The bakery itself is very small but, despite being 8pm, it was well stocked. Personally, I only tried the almond paste, which however disappointed me a little because it was a little hard and not very fragrant, and a PAPERCUT. The latter was a real discovery: I had never tasted a foil before and I must say that this was special! The foil was filled at the moment with delicious, plentiful and velvety ricotta cream that went well with the soft dough and the crunchy granulated sugar on the outside. The two ladies at the counter were very nice.

Moreover, a great cannolo!
