Non ci metterò mai più piede. Le commesse maleducatissimo! Se potessi darei meno di zero stelle I asked for a particular product (eyeliner), they sold it to me, making sure it was what I was looking for, but when I tried it, it was anything but defective, impossible to use, to throw away, when I came back to change it. they gave excuses and they didn't change it, answering me very badly. Le ragazze, in particolare Arianna (la responsabile) sono SEMPRE educate, a disposizione per consigliarti anche se il loro turno lavorativo è terminato, gentili e soprattutto SORRIDENTI (non è da tutte le commesse)! Peccato che le stelle siano solo 5, io gliene do 10000!!!! Excellent cosmetic brand but, the staff of this store makes the difference.
