Ho prenotato delle doccia solari e molto presto farò dei trattamenti per tutto il corpo. Questo centro merita ??? Mi sono fidata delle recensioni, dell'ottima accoglienza e della professionalità tanto decantata al momento dell'acquisto del pacchetto regalo per poi vedere il pessimo risultato con una banale manicure. Il prezzo non è certo conveniente! Non capisco come possiate pubblicizzare i vostri prodotti come i migliori sul mercato se poi il risultato sembra un lavoro fatto da mia nipote di 3 anni. Per non parlare poi della richiesta di 10 euro per la rimozione dello smalto precedente che poi è diventata di 5 euro... Non entro nei dettagli perché credo sia imbarazzante. Ho un'altra sorella e volevo dedicare anche a lei la stessa coccola.. Ma lungi da me l'idea di investire altri soldi nel vostro centro! Per le titolari, un suggerimento che può sembrare scontato: la miglior pubblicità è quella di un cliente soddisfatto. Investite di più in competenza e cortesia (la ragazza che ha seguito il trattamento esclusa), piuttosto che in prodotti innovativi con prezzi esagerati. I am really sorry that I entrusted myself to you to give my sister a gift for her birthday. I trusted the reviews, the excellent welcome and the much praised professionalism when buying the gift package and then seeing the bad result with a trivial manicure. The price is certainly not cheap! I don't understand how you can advertise your products as the best on the market if the result looks like a job done by my 3 year old niece. Not to mention the request for 10 euros for the removal of the previous nail polish which then became 5 euros ... I won't go into details because I think it's embarrassing. I have another sister and I wanted to dedicate the same pampering to her too .. But far be it from me to invest more money in your center! For the owners, a suggestion that may seem obvious: the best advertisement is that of a satisfied customer. Invest more in competence and courtesy (the girl who has followed the treatment excluded), rather than in innovative products with exaggerated prices.
