M	Mery on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encuentro casi todo en este negocio a precios razonables, pero el personal deberia aprender a hablar el idioma italiano mejor, si son amables pero cuando quiero saber algo, solo una pregunta es imposible de comunicar por que no hablan claro,no lo dogo por mal solo que creo que es algo de mejorar para el servicio al cliente optimo ? I find almost everything in this business at reasonable prices, but the staff should learn to speak the Italian language better, if they are friendly but when I want to know something, only one question is impossible to communicate because they do not speak clearly, I do not do it for bad alone which I think is something to improve for optimal customer service ?

Fondamentalmente è come se fossero due punti vendita, con cassa unica: Scarpe e abbigliamento (ordinato, buoni prezzi, taglie "cinesi" di cui non fidarsi.. con pazienza qualcosa si trova) e un altro di oggettistica e casalinghi (disordinato, caotico, non sempre conveniente, con cose di bassa qualità o a volte più care dei negozi specializzati. Magari quello che ti serve c'è, ma scoprire dove, spesso è una impresa). Ho chiesto di pagare con carta e fanno finta di non capire e usano il bancomat. Insomma, store cinese senza infamia e senza lode, uno esattamente come tutti gli altri, nè più, nè meno. Large Chinese shop inside the Rho Shopping Center. Acquistati ieri 6 soffiarelli per la bambina, riportati oggi in quanto 4 (QUATTRO) non funzionano e non li hanno sostituiti asserendo che secondo loro sono vecchi e non quelli acquistati ieri. Bella truffa. Complimenti per la serietà e correttezza! Peccato non potervi dare ZERO stelle. Very incorrect. L'ho usato per meno di 1 ora e si sono strappati, sono tornata in negozio per cambiarli, (cosa che qualsiasi negozio avrebbe fatto), il signor cinese mi ha detto che non era possibile perche l'ho rotto o io; consapevole della bassa qualità del prodotto mi ha gridato e chiesto andarmene.. Ho cercato spiegare che non ho neanche provato usare gli stivali nella pioggia o neve e che ovviamente non avrebbero resisto una bella camminata e volevo cambiarli e mi ha buttato via.. Da 3 anni che ero cliente di questo negozio e andavo ad acquistare molte cose, ma stavolta sono veramente delusa.. Non li consiglio e non andrò più..
