The shop is not large, but it is stocked with goods for all budgets. Surely the kind and helpful staff follows customers in a professional way with the right price / quality compromise for a good purchase.

Definitely very negative at best, after two and a half months waiting for a watch for a battery change. I certainly do not recommend it to people I know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiamare per chiedere un'informazione e sentire al telefono una commessa molto seccata, con dei toni arroganti e poco disponibile. Chiedere se c'è una tale marca di un gioiello non penso dia modo a questo tipo di approccio negativo..
Call to ask for information and hear a very annoyed saleswoman on the phone, with arrogant tones and not very helpful. Asking if there is such a brand of jewelry I don't think gives way to this kind of negative approach.

In passato mi ero trovata bene, anche per il post vendita, ma è chiaro che c'e stato un bel salto in basso nel servizio.
Non credo proprio che mi recherò più li...
Contrasting orders, just because I didn't buy a product from them, not even looked at me to send it for assistance.
In the past I was happy, even for the after-sales, but it is clear that there has been a good leap down in the service.
I don't think I'll go there anymore ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio assistenza decisamente impreparato. Dopo 11 (undici) mesi dalla consegna per accorciare un bracciale da loro venduto, non mi é ancora stato restituito e non sanno dirmi come reperirlo. Sconsiglio.
Service very unprepared. After 11 (eleven) months from delivery to shorten a bracelet they sold, it has not yet been returned to me and they cannot tell me how to find it. I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allucinante!!!regalato un chiama angeli a febbraio ,dopo 10gg si rompe..si stacca...e si apre... evidentemente diffetoso...porto ad aggiustare in garanzia...dopo diverse sollecitazioni oggi vado a ritirare la riparazione (2 mesi e mezzo),mi avevano detto cmq almeno 3/4settimane...e mi ritrovo con un chiama angeli non più argento ma oro rosa!!!boooooo....allucinante!!!!
Hallucinating !!! given an angel caller in February, after 10 days it breaks ... it comes off ... and opens ... obviously defective ... I bring to repair under warranty ... after several requests today I'm going to collect the repair (2 and a half months), they told me cmq at least 3 / 4weeks ... and I find myself with an angel caller no longer silver but rose gold !!! boooooo .... hallucinating !!!!
