Ambiente completamente diverso da altre palestra che praticano lo stesso sport a Roma, qui c'è tanta attenzione sia per i principianti che per gli agonisti, non c'è differenza. Grazie a loro mi sono appassionato a questa bellissima disciplina, consiglio veramente a tutti di provare, già dal primo giorno vi sentirete parte del team e assicuro che l'allenamento è duro e divertente; spazia dall'allenamento fisico all'allenamento tecnico e, sempre tenendo conto dell'esperienza degli atleti, alcune sessioni di sparring. Environment completely different from other gymnasiums that practice the same sport in Rome, here there is a lot of attention for both beginners and agonists, there is no difference. Thanks to them I became passionate about this beautiful discipline, I really recommend everyone to try, from the first day you will feel part of the team and I assure you that the training is hard and fun; ranges from physical training to technical training and, always taking into account the experience of the athletes, some sparring sessions.

La kickboxing che si insegna qui non è quindi un semplice sport ma un bel percorso, che mi (ci) sta permettendo di crescere reciprocamente. It is not limited to being a gym where a combat sport is taught but, through the teachings of the master Tufi, I was given the opportunity to grow personally in a dimension that I never thought could belong to me. The kickboxing that is taught here is therefore not a simple sport but a beautiful path, which is allowing me (us) to grow reciprocally.
