b	bro hm on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自分は日本人で、旅行の間にも筋トレをしたくて伺いました。オーナーは非常に優しく、且つ分かりやすくジムのシステムや器具について教えて下さりました。一回のゲスト使用料金は10€と安価で気軽に使用することができます。器具や更衣室に関しては、古めですがオールドスクールの様な感じでとても集中できます。 To.owner I so appreciate that your support. You teach me the system of the gym nicely. Your gym is amazing like a old school bodybuilding gym. Price is reasonable. I paid 45usd for gym like a only cardio machine gym before go your gym. I know it’s stupid but I can’t find nice gym. I hope your gym will be more famous and development. One day I wanna go your gym again. Thank you. From Japanese user. I'm Japanese and I wanted to do muscle training during my trip. The owner was very kind and easy to understand and taught me about the gym system and equipment. The one-time guest usage fee is as low as 10 € and it is easy to use. As for the equipment and changing rooms, it's old, but it feels like an old school and you can concentrate very much. Aperta da sempre nel quartiere Appio Con il tempo si sta rinnovando togliendo quei difetti tipici delle palestre così “anziane” Sala pesi immensa con numerosi macchinari (non si fa mai la fila sui tapisrullant) istruttori qualificati sia in sala pesi che nelle altre discipline che offre questa struttura Ho iscritto anche mio figlio al nuovo corso di video dance ed è bello vedere che si diverte con la sua insegnante di danza! In ultimo e non poco importante il prezzo dell’annuale che è davvero basso con tutto che viene richiesta una piccola quota per l’assicurazione The mecca of the BB! M	Max on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pro: Ben attrezzata e parecchi istruttori in sala. Orario apertura generoso. Contro: la Sauna é impossibile da usare, praticamente non c'è la Sauna. Il prezzo dell'abbonamento è accattivante ma poi il prezzo sale per via di un assicurazione obbligatoria. Pros: Well equipped and several instructors in the room. Generous opening hours. Cons: the sauna is impossible to use, there is practically no sauna. The subscription price is attractive but then the price goes up due to a mandatory insurance.

Ma ritornare in questa palestra mi ha dato una spinta in più .. vedendola un po’ rinnovata ... curata ,pulita ed attenta a tutte le precauzioni del momento . Sono tutti molto gentili , presenti e allo stesso tempo riservati , facendoti sentire sempre a proprio agio sia in sala pesi, che durante le lezioni . Consigliatissima!!! Due to the bad period that passed Covid-19, I was a little afraid to start attending again. But returning to this gym gave me an extra boost .. seeing it a little renewed ... cared for, clean and attentive to all the precautions of the moment. They are all very kind, present and at the same time reserved, making you always feel at ease both in the weight room and during lessons. Highly recommended !!!

Se non cercate solo un posto fashion ma guardate alla sostanza é la palestra giusta! This gym has an undoubtedly retro style but offers a huge choice of specific machines for each muscle group and above all it has the lowest prices not only in the neighborhood but perhaps in the city. If you are not just looking for a fashion place but look at the substance, this is the right gym!

Durante il periodo di permanenza in questa palestra, non sono stato affatto soddisfatto, essendo che gli armadietti erano sempre pieni o scassati, la palestra era di certo molto puzzolente, e uscendo, si può anche notare un bel odorino provenire da essa. Poi come osservazione personale, ho trovato il personal trainer sempre indaffarato a farsi gli affari propri e a non tenere conto dei principianti. Se sei uno che sa già come funziona una palestra, e non ti danno fastidio questi aspetti, vai, è il posto giusto. Sconsigliato ai principianti, ciccioni che vogliono farsi un fisico non sono graditi! Questa è un po' una difficoltà. Mi iscriverò perche ho visto che sotto il profilo individuale c'è molta attenzione all'attività svolta.
