Nello stesso periodo abbiamo prestato ad altri tre prodotti stesso periodo abbiamo acuistato ad altri tre prodotti WC e bidet senza alcun problema.
Assistenza ridicola.
 Tribeca toilet lid two breaks within a year, scarce product.
During the same period we lent to three other products the same time we bought three other WC and bidet products without any problems.
Ridiculous assistance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bumpers on my Kerasan toilet seat broke down after less than a year. It's a "soft close" seat, so it had been treated gently. Generic bumpers don't work with the seat, so I contacted Kerasan for replacements. It took the company 5 months (not a typo) to send them -- and then they sent the wrong ones: dark grey instead of white. The toilet only comes in white, but the company then insisted that the grey bumpers were the only ones they use.
