★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost everything about this place is perfect: the beautiful location at the foot of Mount Etna, the luxurious atmosphere, the serene tranquility, the very friendly and helpful staff, the exclusiveness of the private spa, the infinity pool, the excellent and cosy restaurant, the talented chef with sense of humour, the abundant breakfast with local and seasonal produce. Yet there are a few things that could make the difference between "near perfect" and a perfect 10:
1) lack of clear resort maintenance vision: how much work can it be to sweep the stairs and paths in the morning, check the landscaping on weeds, clean the edge of the swimming pool? A 'property master' could offer a solution here.
2) lack of clear housekeeping crew instructions: no "don't change" sign on the bed? Then change bedding. If on arrival 2 toilet rolls, 2 bottles of bath foam and 2 bottles of shampoo are present in the bathroom, then after bathroom cleaning, again 2 toilet rolls, 2 bottles of bath foam and 2 bottles of shampoo should be present.
3) lack of clear and structural lunch service and pool service.
So, there's always room for improvement. Apart from that: this is a heavenly place on earth!

In an industry always striving to find individuality and charm, but most often under delivering. Kepos is a great example of how to get it right. Everything is meticulously crafted under its owners eye. Well done Salvatore.
We loved our ten days of peace and tranquility here. The lovely pool and perfect setting for sun worshipping made it difficult to leave. When we made a few excursions out, we were always happy to come back.
Freshly prepared, honest, homemade food and lovely wines were on the menu. We preferred to eat here than the restaurant next door as the kitchen focused on good quality Sicilian ingredients.
Our beautiful studio by the pool was clean, quiet and well equipped for our stay.
The rooms tastefully decorated and spacious.
We will be back.

The hotel is intimate, allows to relax.The service is professional, the staff is excellent, especiaIly Sergio (the waiter)who was very friendly, helpful and recommended us the best choices of wines. I would definately recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a truly amazing place in a very beautiful area of Sicily. The resort is only 4 years old and very well taken care of. The rooms are modern, nicely decorated and impeccably clean. I can also highly recommend the sumptous breakfast and the delicious traditional dishes for dinner (freshly prepared by their talented chef). What made our stay here so special and unforgettable is the extremely kind and caring stuff. It was taken care of our every wish and need. We felt at home from the first second when we were warmly welcomed by the owner himself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely pathetic attitude of the owners, who blame whoever posts less tran 3 stars. .Concept: "if you dont like, it is tour fault' I was there with friend Fabrizio this Summer, his post is honest. Answer was just outageous. Truth: good place, but absolutely overpriced, expecially restaurant.And they must learn to listen to customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful location, very well landscaped garden and very kind staff. Breakfast managed personally by the father of the owner, old and kind sicilian gentleman, who will happily take you through his garden of orange trees. The restaurant prepares nice dinners with local ingredients but it is grossly overpriced (the pricing point would be acceptable for at least a 1-Michelin star place, but it is not the case here). Prices of rooms increased as well substantially from last year, and now there is a mismatch between pricing and services rendered/rooms decor, which remained the one of an upscale 3-stars hotel. Expect to pay 10euros extra per day if you bring your pet there ('cleaning fee'!)
