V	Valeria Racco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are great and comfortable. Good service and nice people. Though in our room that was a Suite the window wasn't clean or had a problem of humidity. I think for an hotel like this every little detail is important.
P	Patricia Pace on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for a long weekend here in February 2016 - room was cramped and overlooking the car park and pool equipment though we were promised a room with a view of Etna ...we saw the tip of the summit just behind the adjacent block. Friday was relatively ok but Saturday evening was a disaster with extremely loud music all night long and noisy clients who were not kept quiet by the staff. Children were allowed into the spa and made it impossible to use the pool on the Saturday afternoon plus the turkish bath was not functioning even though we informed the staff several times. When we complained about the noise and the fact that we could not use the spa we were given a discount on the entrance to the spa but not on the actual accomodation. Use of the spa is limited to one hour! Food mediocre and gluten/lactose free not catered for. Not recommended.

Pros The location Friendly staff Large tub Spa and fairly priced tours Cons Restaurant Amenity Bedding The resort is located up the hill about 30 mins from garidino di naxio and 30 mins from taromina. It's boast a beautiful scenery of Mtn Etna. The staff greet us with top of the line service.the resort offer spa on site which are fairly priced. The restaurant staff were friendly and prompt with English speaking staff. however the choices where limited. The rooms did not have basic amenity such as coffee port, tea and water The bedding cover was the sufficient for two adults to share. Overall I recommend a trip to the resort I also recommend bring your own water and snacks. Note. I have not had a round around the field. Hear it is very notable.

We booked a superior room, but in the begining they sent us to the standard room. No apologize, no one cares. We also had booking for Etna jeep tour, was agreed that it will arrange on Saturday, but it was not. At last one employee arrange as a great trip to the top, but forgot to say how it should be paid. We paid to the guid as was requested. In check-out time they wanted us to pay again. +Golf service is exellent, golf staf are very profecional and friendly. Same in Spa. Very profesional and helpful, massage was great

We had to ask for coffee and tea facilities...the management told us why didnt you ask? We told him because nowadays even a 2 star hotel you find it The indoor pool and spa you have to pay extra over the one hour you have for free. Ridiculous to say the least. They said nothing to us because if they had I would have erupted more than Etna ..which actually it did erupt the day we left funnily enough.

The room was excellent and the pool was great we also liked the stupid hats we had to wear in the pool because we had to laugh looking at each other. The service in the restaurant was very attentive and caring because we are vegetarians and they prepared something special for us off the menu. Thanks a lot for the good time!
