Man schmeckt einfach die Sonne den Ätna und die Einfachheit eines guten Weines (DOC). Die Führungen und Verköstigungen sind sehr zu empfehlen! Bis, hoffentlich bald, zur nächsten Weinprobe. For me the best wine in Sicily! I buy supplies at every opportunity. The long journey is always worth it. You can just taste the sun, Etna and the simplicity of a good wine (DOC). The tours and tastings are highly recommended! See you, hopefully soon, for the next wine tasting.

Subito si rimane affascinati dall eleganza della location... ma nello stesso tempo ci si immerge nella realtà contadina di un tempo .... se all esterno è perfetto x qualsiasi evento un matrimonio ecc... All interno si può ammirare il vecchio palmento e tutto il resto tipico del lavoro di un tempo...dobbiamo ringraziare i proprietari x l accoglienza e la bella e molto interessante visita guidata conclusa con una super degustazione.. Complimenti! It was the 2nd winery visited in our short tour on the ETNA .... impossible to make any spectacular comparisons, each enclosing its centenary stories and atmospheres ... Immediately you are fascinated by the elegance of the location ... but at the same time you immerse yourself in the peasant reality of the past .... if outside it is perfect for any event a wedding etc ... Inside you can admire the old millstone and all the rest typical of the work of the past ... we must thank the owners for the welcome and the beautiful and very interesting guided tour concluded with a super tasting .. The tasting was 40 euros and tried 3 wines, white, rose and red, all very good. It came with plate of cheeses, meat, olives and tomato salad. The wine making room is unique and has an antique press and the grandmother Amalia Tomaselli paintings on the wall.

The wine (white, rose, and red) are complex in a way that challenges many current Etna vineyards. If you decide to go for a tasting expect to: -make a reservation -tour the vineyard -learn about its history (vines and vineyard) -experience a tasting room that truly respects its past and is ready for the future. -have wonderfully prepared pairings. I cannot say enough about this gem of a winery.

After an informative walk through the vineyard and the production area, we tasted 3 wines which were served with matching local cheeses and charcuterie. We had a lovely time and definitely recommend a visit to Fischetti!
