In particolare ringrazio il sig. Roberto Bruno che, con la sua consulenza, mi ha accompagnato in tutte le fasi di questo percorso. Davvero molto gentile e qualificato. Il luogo? Una bellissima concessionaria. Pensavo di prenderla color Granite Crystal e invece mi sono innamorato del Carbon Black :). Un saluto a tutti voi! I have recently collected my Jeep Renegade MY21. I had a really pleasant experience, from the first quote to the thrill of delivery. In particular, I thank Mr. Roberto Bruno who, with his advice, accompanied me in all phases of this path. Really very kind and qualified. The place? A beautiful dealership. I thought about getting it in Granite Crystal color and instead I fell in love with Carbon Black :). Greetings to all of you!

ASSURDO DA DENUNCIA!!! The sunroof of my Jeep Renegade broke .. the car is under warranty, the Jeep itself certifies that the car is under warranty instead they ask me for 1900 € + 450 € of labor .. ABSURD FROM COMPLAINT !!!

Decine di tentativi e soprattutto decine di minuti ad aspettare che qualcuno riprenda il telefono dopo averlo appoggiato per fare tutt’altro che chiedere informazioni per dare una risposta alle domande ricevute.. Molto scadente, purtroppo, la Partnership con Leasys, i mezzi in noleggio vengono emarginati da tutti gli altri, con tempi di assistenza assurdi e non in linea con quello che viene detto in fase contrattuale.. Per un cambio batteria il mezzo è stato fermo in officina per più di una settimana…, tra l’altro dopo aver fatto la manutenzione tre giorni prima con nessuno in officina che si è reso conto, con gli strumenti tecnologici di oggi, che la batteria non era più in buone condizioni.. INACCETTABILE, visto che si tratta, nello specifico, di un mezzo lavorativo anche se penso che neanche per un veicolo personale bisognerebbe aspettare così tanto per un cambio batteria.. Inaffidabili e poco professionali.. Very very poor assistance ... Impossibile mettersi in contatto con loro. Bisogna andare di presenza impegnando un giorno di congedo per programmare un intervento a distanza di 3 settimane circa. Neanche il canale whatsapp è funzionante. Mai nessuna risposta.Molto insoddisfacente.
