★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contattati il 24 Settembre per prendere un appuntamento in officina per una Alfa Romeo in garanzia, mi ha risposto prontamente un venditore dicendomi che mi avrebbe fatto ricontattare dal service. Oggi è il 6 Ottobre e sono ormai più che certo che si siano dimenticati di un loro cliente.
Per la mia piccola esperienza, sconsigliati per la sola mancata organizzazione
Contacted on 24 September to make an appointment at the workshop for an Alfa Romeo under warranty, a salesman promptly replied, telling me that he would have the service contact me again. Today is October 6th and I am now more than certain that they have forgotten about one of their clients.
For my little experience, not recommended for the sole lack of organization

Super qualified and competent staff, very helpful, they followed me both from the entrance of the vehicle for assistance and at the end !!!! with kindness and punctuality, all this means that a customer will never change you ... ..after a few weeks I was contacted to find out if the vehicle was fine !!!!!
