5 Sterne und danke so nette Menschen kennen gelernt zu haben.
very good workshop with friendly people. we were towed by the adac and taken there. it was fixed quickly for a fair price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professionalità e cortesia sono sicuramente i punti di forza di questa autofficina, tutto il personale è altamente specializzato, cordiale e puntuale, sotto la guida attenta di Francesca e Gianmarco. Se non ci fossero stati loro le nostre vacanze in Sicilia sarebbero state solo un brutto ricordo.
Arrivati in officina con il carro attrezzi, si sono subito messi all'opera per riuscire a valutare il danno e sistemarci il motore nel minor tempo possibile, controllando attentamente ogni singola parte meccanica, ogni guarnizione ed ogni perno. Grazie al magazzino ricambi sempre disponibile ed alla collaborazione con i propri fornitori, sono stati in grado di sostituire in pochissimo tempo le parti danneggiate per farci ripartire in sicurezza per continuare le vacanze.
Durante il nostro periodo di stop ho avuto anche modo di vederli all'opera su altre vetture, per ogni guasto riscontrato sono stati davvero molto attenti a spiegare con precisione in cosa consistesse il danno, come si risolvesse e con quale spesa, fornendo subito un preventivo chiaro, senza sorprese.
Non smetterò mai di ringraziarli per la loro efficienza, disponibilità ed attenzione per noi ed il nostro camper.
Professionalism and courtesy are certainly the strengths of this garage, all the staff is highly specialized, friendly and punctual, under the careful guidance of Francesca and Gianmarco. If they hadn't been there, our holidays in Sicily would have been just a bad memory.
Arriving at the workshop with the tow truck, they immediately set to work to be able to assess the damage and fix the engine in the shortest possible time, carefully checking every single mechanical part, every gasket and every pin. Thanks to the spare parts warehouse always available and to the collaboration with their suppliers, they were able to replace the damaged parts in a very short time to make us leave safely to continue the holidays.
During our stop period I also had the opportunity to see them at work on other cars, for each fault found they were really very careful to explain precisely what the damage consisted of, how it was resolved and at what expense, immediately providing a quote. clear, with no surprises.
I will never stop thanking them for their efficiency, availability and attention to us and our camper.
