Per chiedere preventivi ti lasciano attendere ore e quando arriva il tuo turno si perdono in affari esterni (perché più importanti di un preventivo). Anche nell'acquisto delle auto poco disposti al dialogo. Not very friendly. I have been there several times over the years. Mi hanno lasciato senza auto per 15 GG adducendo varie e false scuse che interessano nulla al cliente( tipo: malattie di più operatori),in quanto codeste rientrano in mere problematiche interne che non importano al cliente. Operatori nei locali di Messina peggio dei cugini di Pace del Mela Not recommended for everyone due to customer mismanagement. Ho avuto modo di apprezzare la disponibilità, la correttezza e la professionalità sia del reparto vendita che del reparto officina. In particolar modo ho apprezzato il Responsabile vendite usato Domenico, Mimmo per gli amici! Lui è l'amico di cui ti puoi fidare. L'usato proposto non ha problemi occulti, perché le loro auto vengono scrupolosamente verificate e se dovesse sorgere qualsiasi problema dopo l'acquisto, non trovi la porta chiusa in faccia. Da loro vige sempre la regola del "galantuomo" quindi garanzia con i fatti e non a parole, patti chiari, certezza ed affidabilità. Conosco anche Gaetano del reparto vendita Volkswagen, sempre gentile e disponibile, Massimo del reparto vendita gruppo Stellantis preparato e cordiale, Debora e la signora Piera dell'accettazione officina, simpatiche e precise. Infine Francesco e Carmelo dell'officina che, insieme agli altri ragazzi, dimostrano preparazione, correttezza e amore per il loro lavoro. Buon acquisto a tutti! I especially appreciated the used sales manager Domenico, Mimmo for friends! He is the friend you can trust.
