Ora mi chiedo come si possa essere soddisfatti o meno di un regalo ricevuto se non si puo' aprire una confezione e provare il bene? Poca attenzione al cliente per usare un eufemismo
I tried to make a return after 3 days from the purchase, with a regular receipt but the boy in a little understanding and very hasty way informed me that it was not possible as the vacuum cleaner had been opened and used. Now I wonder how you can be satisfied or not with a gift received if you can not open a package and try the good? Little attention to the customer to put it mildly
