Il titolare, discendente storico, è molto preparato e disponibile, eccellente anche nelle riparazioni di orologi da polso automatici di livello.
Insomma, sono cliente da anni, molti anni...è sono soddisfatto e felice di esserlo, consigliatissimo...

Ci si deve solo presentare con la Carta di Credito o banconote e poi l'affare si conclude.Questo ho fatto.
Ci si trova in pieno centro a Monza (MB).
From the only brief visit made on 07/29/1998 I cannot give a complete judgment and it is not a matter of good or bad, big or small place.

The watch he sold us did not work properly and we couldn’t find a solution with him. Unfortunately he is not a reliable, trustworthy and honest Person.
He assured us, that the watch was PERFEKT, BUT it was NOT!
So be very carefully with Mr. Castigniolo!

Mr. Alessio Castignioli sold me a watch in a fair and guaranteed full functionality. However, when tested at home, one complication, the chronograph, did not work properly. Also upon closer check, the bottom of the watch had been manipulated heavily and did not close properly to assure waterproofness. Upon complaint, Mr. Castignioli offered me to take the watch back or reimburse me a small amount of money. As I live far away, I decided to take the money and send the watch to a professional service. However, Mr. Castignioli never send the money as promised; he changed his mind and wanted to do the service himself. I already had made arrangements and this was not an option for me. In addition, I would never do the service with him and would prefer the official manufacturer service. Also, I would not trust him to send the watch by post.
This person is not trustful and not professional. Never do business with him. He cannot been taken seriously, do not believe what he is telling you.
