Siamo stati seguiti dalla titolare (?) che con grande professionalità ci ha aiutato a definire tutti i pezzi che sarebbero andati a comporre il servizio. Siamo usciti con l’accordo di ricevere la quotazione la settimana dopo. Durante la settimana mi hanno inviato una mail dove mi veniva detto che la quotazione era in ritardo e mi avrebbero fatto sapere nei giorni successivi. Dopo due settimane senza ricevere nulla ho inviato una mail dove chiedevo se ci fossero novità in merito alla quotazione. Mi viene risposto dalla signora Mara che entro sera mi avrebbe mandato tutto. Ovviamente cosi non è stato. Lasciamo passare un po’ di tempo e chiamiamo in negozio, ci dicono che nel giro di un’ora avremmo ricevuto tutto. Inutile dire che non abbiamo ricevuto nulla neanche in quell’occasione. Mando un’ulteriore mail di sollecito alla quale neanche rispondono. Siamo rimasti davvero delusi per la mancanza di serietà e professionalità che abbiamo riscontrato. In questo periodo complicato posso anche comprendere la difficoltà a rispettare le scadenze ma non tollero la maleducazione e la mancanza di rispetto nell’essere presa in giro con fantomatiche promesse di ricevere informazione che poi puntualmente non arrivano. During the week they sent me an email telling me that the quote was late and they would let me know in the following days. After two weeks without receiving anything, I sent an email asking if there was any news regarding the listing. I am told by Mrs. Mara that she would send me everything by evening. Obviously this was not the case. We let some time pass and call the shop, they tell us that within an hour we would have received everything. It goes without saying that we did not receive anything on that occasion either. I send a further reminder email to which they do not even reply. We were really disappointed with the lack of seriousness and professionalism that we found. In this complicated period, I can also understand the difficulty in meeting deadlines but I do not tolerate rudeness and disrespect in being teased with phantom promises to receive information that then does not arrive on time.
