m	matteo gc on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ il servizio era IMBALLAGGIO e SPEDIZIONE INTERNAZIONALE. la scatola che usa GLOBAL EXPRES MONZA é troppo leggera. l operatore spagnolo GLS ha dovuto rinforzare con cellofan nero e ulteriore scoch in quanto la scatola era completamente sfaldata e gravemente danneggiata. anche il modo d imballarlo sicuramente é migliorabile, in quanto le cose delicate, come biscotti, erano sul fondo della scatola, con le cose di maggior peso sopra ( bottiglie)... quindi il contenuto danneggiato. la cosa piu sgradevole é stata la maniere di gestirlo, dando dati erronei a mia madre, ho dovuto io rintracciare il pacco in spagna ( 18 Euri in telefonate..). saranno tempi duri, e le auguro che la cosa migliori...cio non toglie che SA che il servizio el l attenzione al cliente per questo servizio é stata pessima. buona fortuna. the service was PACKAGING and INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. the box used by GLOBAL EXPRES MONZA is too light. The Spanish operator GLS had to reinforce with black cellophane and further scoch as the box was completely flaking and severely damaged. even the way to pack it certainly could be improved, as delicate things, such as biscuits, were on the bottom of the box, with the heavier things on top (bottles) ... hence the damaged contents. the most unpleasant thing was the way of handling it, giving erroneous data to my mother, I had to track the package in spain (18 euros in phone calls ..). times are going to be tough, and I hope it gets better ... which does not mean that you know that the service and attention to the customer for this service was very bad. good luck.

Se avete un cane o un gatto affidatevi a lei che sicuramente vi saprà dare i consigli migliori; inoltre i prodotti Husse sono veramente di altissima qualità con costi nella media di prodotti simili e se non riuscite a passare in negozio ve li portano direttamente a casa senza nessuna spesa aggiunta. A distanza di 4 mesi non hanno ancora rimborsato neanche la spedizione (seppure ci dovesse essere inclusa una assicurazione per copertura danni/ritardi). Molto facile proporre un servizio di spedizione senza avere nessuna responsabilità sulla stessa. Da evitare.
