★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho rischiato di essere ustionato dal vapore fuoriuscito da una pentola a pressione Barazzoni a causa della guarnizione difettosa che già al momento dell'acquisto durante il primo utilizzo aveva dimostrato di essere inadeguata dilatandosi e nonostante fossimo andati a chiedere un cambio del prodotto, ci hanno fornito una seconda guarnizione che come la prima non ha contenuto la pressione lasciando che la cucina si inondasse di fumi e minestra, per mia fortuna lo schermo del computer mi ha fatto da muro e non mi sono bruciato la faccia, purtroppo lo schermo del computer non si accende più, mia madre è andata in negozio per raccontargli dell'accaduto e siccome non trovava lo scontrino una commessa gli ha urlato contro dicendole che si doveva arrangiare e che nemmeno con l'intervento dei carabinieri avrebbe potuto avere ragione.
Secondo l'articolo 206 del 2005 lo scontrino non è più necessario e un prodotto deve essere sostituito o risarcito se difettoso e se il reclamo avviene entro i 2 anni, visto anche il fatto che queste pentole dovreste averle soltanto voi come negozi, quindi andremo per vie legali visto il danno economico, lo spavento ma soprattutto la mancanza di educazione da parte della commessa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata con mio marito in questo posto domenica, prima di andarci abbiamo letto su Google gli orari e c'è scritto che la domenica sono aperti dalle 10:30 alle 19:00. Benissimo, partiti, arriviamo alle ore 14:25 e il cancello chiuso con appeso il cartello che recita gli stessi orari letti su Google, dopo un po' arrivano alcuni dipendenti e ci dicono che aprono alle 15:00.
Due stelle per la gentilezza del personale e per alcuni oggetti carini per la casa. Ambiente ordinato e pulito. Aggiornate gli orari.
