Cassettone ad angolo sbagliato per cui abbiamo avuto il rimborso essendo già montato quello sbagliato; misurazioni cappa scorrette per cui la cappa non é stata montata e abbiamo dovuto ordinare una cappa diversa senza avere alcuno sconto; rubinetto sbagliato (avevamo chiesto quello estraibile ed è stato segnato il codice di un rubinetto normale)...insomma ascoltare il cliente ed annotare i dettagli se non si ha gran memoria non sarebbe male... Quality of Venetian cuisine bought excellent. Excellent assembly service. Very confusing sales service: three errors in the kitchen. Wrong corner dresser for which we had the refund being the wrong one already fitted; incorrect hood measurements for which the hood was not fitted and we had to order a different hood without having any discount; wrong tap (we asked for the removable one and the code of a normal tap was marked) ... in short, listening to the customer and noting the details if you don't have a great memory wouldn't be bad ...

La linea e le soluzioni del ns architetto sono diventate progetto grazie a Massimo che con tanta, tanta pazienza ci ha seguiti e consigliati. La cucina è arrivata presso la loro sede esattamente come concordato....ma noi non eravamo pronti...il cantiere non era ancora finito. Cucina montata in modo impeccabile. Operai attenti in tutto. Servizio post vendita ottimo: quando abbiamo avuto necessità ci hanno sempre dato soluzioni, risposte e delucidazioni. Consiglio sicuramente loro e Veneta cucine. We bought a Venetian cuisine from Bellosi. It was not easy to choose as they have so much exposure and so many solutions! The line and the solutions of our architect have become a project thanks to Massimo who has followed and advised us with a lot of patience. The kitchen arrived at their premises exactly as agreed .... but we weren't ready ... the construction site wasn't finished yet. Impeccably fitted kitchen. Attentive workers in everything. Excellent after-sales service: when we needed they always gave us solutions, answers and explanations. I definitely recommend them and Veneta cucine.

Ieri i ragazzi che hanno montato la cucina sono stati impeccabili, puliti, seri e professionali. Non hanno lasciato nemmeno un pezzettino di carta quando sono andati via. Siamo super soddisfatti.
