Abbiamo ricevuto un trattamento di 1a classe quanto a prezzi (più che onesti!), disponibilità e cortesia. Basti pensare che sono stati capaci di realizzare una parte attrezzata esattamente come il render 3d che abbiamo portato. Luca semplicemente fantastico. Two years after buying the furniture, I can honestly say that we would go back to rely on them again. We received 1st class treatment in terms of prices (more than honest!), Availability and courtesy. Just think that they were able to create an equipped part exactly like the 3d render we brought. Luca simply fantastic.

Mi hanno montato il mobile del soggiorno con staffa per la TV che si muoveva a fatica e per convincerli a farla sostituire ho dovuto scrivere e chiamare 1000 volte. Durante il montaggio del mobile mi hanno danneggiato la tinteggiatura della parete ma per loro sono cose che possono succedere ma non si assumono nessuna responsabilità. Non consiglio. Era la nostra prima scelta e abbiamo fissato un appuntamento per i progetti di camera e sala. L'arredatore ha abbozzato 2-3 progetti improbabili della camera e ci ha "guidato" nello showroom per raccogliere spunti sul progetto per la sala, dicendoci poi che ci avrebbe mandato progetti e preventivi per mail, dopodiché veniamo liquidati in non più di un'ora e mezza. Ci manda subito i suoi contatti (indirizzo gmail privato, bah), e ci saremmo quindi aspettati di ricevere un riscontro in pochissimi giorni, invece niente. Chiediamo aggiornamenti e non riceviamo risposta. Non è mai arrivato nulla!! E noi scemi che nonostante tutto aspettavamo per confrontarli con altri preventivi. Tra tutti i mobilifici che abbiamo girato sono stati gli unici a non dedicarci attenzione disegnando a tavolino un progetto mirato sulle nostre esigenze. Un trattamento veramente vergognoso! Nothing ever came !! And we fools who, despite everything, were waiting to compare them with other quotes. Of all the furniture factories we toured, they were the only ones who didn't pay attention to us by designing a project aimed at our needs. A truly disgraceful treatment! Stay away
