a parte la gentilezza della Dott.ssa che ha eseguito i tamponi a me e ai mie figli, per tre tamponi rapidi eseguiti il 30.12, sto ancora aspettando l'esito, il green pass (se fossimo stati negativi) e la fattura e siamo al 3 gennaio.
parlare con loro è praticamente impossibile, dovrei andarci di persona, ma lavorando è impossibile nei loro orari.
quindi, ho dovuto rifare i tamponi a mie spese e anzichè costarmi 8 euro a testa mi è costato molto di più.
un consiglio....è inutile fare i tamponi a 8 euro se poi non siete in grado di processarli nei tempi giusti.

apart from the kindness of the doctor who performed the swabs for me and my children, for three quick swabs performed on 12/30, I'm still waiting for the result, the green pass (if we were negative) and the invoice and we are at January 3.
talking to them is practically impossible, I would have to go there in person, but working it is impossible in their schedules.
therefore, I had to redo the tampons at my expense and instead of costing me 8 euros each it cost me much more.
a piece of advice .... it is useless to make swabs for 8 euros if you are not able to process them in the right time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The test went well and people were nice BUT we were supposed to get our test results in 12 hours and got them in over 24 hours, we almost had to miss our flight home because of that. Don't trust their ETAs, add yourself extra time buffer and save yourself the stress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restrictions to return home changed Friday evening so I was scrambling to find a test center that was open Saturday for a PCR test that would deliver results within 24 hours as I was flying out early Sunday. They opened at 7:30, I arrived at 7:50, was tested by 8:20, and got my results at 17:00. Made a very stressful situation easier!
