Ho scritto al negozio su Instagram (non hanno nemmeno un numero dì telefono) inviando le foto e mi è stato detto di ripassare che una soluzione si sarebbe trovata. Se mi avessero detto subito che la ‘soluzione’ sarebbe stata un RIDICOLO buono del valore del 30% sul valore del capo, avrei evitato di buttare via una domenica per venire fino a Piacenza (sono di Monza). La cosa ancora più ridicola è che il commesso, nel dimostrare la qualità del prodotto, ha provocato il medesimo danno sull’altra manica, con suo stesso stupore, continuando però a sostenere che il ‘fallo’ era imputabile a me poiché additata di non essere in grado di indossare correttamente una giacca. Mi è addirittura stato chiesto di provare a mettere la giacca davanti al commesso per verificare quale fosse la mia ‘tecnica’ (e alla ha convenuto con me che la mia tecnica era corretta). Soldi buttati, probabilmente vendono a prezzi outlet perché vendono merce difettosa. Attenzione al cliente solo quando dovevano convincermi a spendere i soldi. Pessimi.
