★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho provato per la prima volta questo centro estico ieri, dopo innumerevoli ricerche per trovare qualcuno che facesse la cera brasiliana. Sono davvero super soddisfatta della loro scoperta ? Le ragazze sono state gentilissime e molto professionali. Spero di tornare da loro presto! Assolutamente il top!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In data 29.07, la sera, ho fatto una manicure semipermanente. In data 31.07, al pomeriggio, un'unghia ha perso lo smalto. Tra la sera del 31.07 e il pomeriggio del 01.08 mi sono ritrovata con otto unghie completamente senza smalto.
Lunedì mattina 02.08 ho subito inviato le foto delle mani al centro estetico chiedendo un rimborso. Mi è stato risposto che ho 14 gg di garanzia per fare test e prove per trovare la base adatta alle mie unghie!!! Sono andata in questo centro perché la mia estetista è in ferie. Normalmente le mie unghie resistono 18 gg con il semipermanente!!!
Per me questo centro è scandaloso.
28 € buttati al vento, nessuna possibilità di rimborso. Ma soprattutto, sono andata in questo centro perché le recensioni raccontano meraviglie!
Lo sconsiglierò vivamente.

È stato anche maleducato al telefono, leggendo ho risposto alla 4 telefonata dicendole sono in ufficio, sono in riunione, ci sentiamo stasera, e lei da maleducato mia ha risposto no e voleva stare al telefono.
Non si permetta mai più di rivolgersi così.
