L'assistente alla vendita Maria è stata gentilissima, anche le sue colleghe, ma lei in modo particolare, attenta, competente, molto precisa nelle risposte e anche molto onesta nel sottolineare alcune differenza tra gli oggetti proposti. Pessime, perché lo fanno soprattutto con i più deboli e disagiati (l'ho visto e entrambe le volte con i miei occhi). Non acquisterei mai più qui nulla: ho speso 600 euro di orologio e tre giorni dopo quando ho chiesto aiuto per settarlo, mi hanno detto con tono di sufficienza che dovevano leggere le istruzioni. Come se non lo avessi fatto. Ovviamente l'orologio (satellitare) era solo bloccato. Andando in assistenza (quella vera, da un altro gioielliere) si è risolto tutto. ATTENZIONE. At the DOOR. C	CHIARA MELINI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono entrata nel negozio del portello (salutando) e non ho neanche ricevuto un saluto, d’altronde l’educazione non è da tutti dunque sorvolo, entro in gioielleria per comprare un paio di orecchini in oro dunque chiedo ad una delle due ragazze (che non stavano facendo nulla) se potevo ricevere assistenza perché volevo vedere meglio da vicino gli orecchini che avevo scelto, “se arrivo” scocciatissima apre la vetrina e per tutta la breve conversazione risponde a monosillabi, c’è poco da fare me ne sono andata perché era quello che voleva la ragazza, non aveva voglia di lavorare e me lo ha fatto capire in tutti i modi, mi rivolgo ai titolari, c’è tanta gente che ha bisogno e voglia di lavorare questa gente che rovina il nostro brand mandatele via perché io oggi volevo comprare e non invece sono uscita dai vostri negozi infuriata. Neanche nei negozi dove vendono caramelle vedo gente tratta così, le persone che voi pagate per far scappare i clienti invece sono lì per vendere oro e diamanti. L’orologio tra l’altro non era di mio gradimento perciò mi reco in negozio per fare il reso (consentito entro 15gg) e all’inizio mi viene negata possibilitá.
