★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allucinante, personale sempre introvabile, probabilmente sotto organico, scaffali vuoti, se ordini qualcosa arriva dopo due mesi nella migliore delle ipotesi, di scandinavo c'è solo il nome, poichè i prodotti sono made in China, peccato potrebbe essere gestito meglio.
Hallucinating, staff always unavailable, probably understaffed, empty shelves, if you order something it arrives after two months at best, only the name is Scandinavian, as the products are made in China, too bad it could be managed better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale maleducato e incompetente : alla cassa volevano mettermi vasi in vetro e oggetti delicati senza imballaggio ( neanche carta da giornale ) nel sacchetto: ho lasciato altre 250 € di merce e sono uscita . Ricordiamoci sempre che solo acqua e cibo sono essenziali : tutto il resto dovrebbe essere un piacere nell’acquisto !
Rude and incompetent staff: at the checkout they wanted to put glass vases and delicate objects without packaging (not even newsprint) in the bag: I left another € 250 worth of goods and went out. Always remember that only water and food are essential: everything else should be a pleasure to buy!

Dopo 20 giorni, mi hanno contattato stasera, dopo mio secondo reclamo in negozio, per dirmi che sarebbe venuti stamattina. Sempre poche ore di preavviso…mai più consegne a domicilio con loro..
The delivery service is bad. They contacted me on Holy Thursday giving me 2 hours notice. After 20 days, they contacted me tonight, after my second complaint in the shop, to tell me they were coming this morning. Always a few hours' notice ... no more home deliveries with them ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent selection of products for the home at very reasonable prices. Worth a visit. Very unfriendly and not helpful staff. They are total turnoff, no smile, greeting and asking for help is like a big deal. Lousy parking and very dangerous.. be careful when backing out of limited parking spaces.
