★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella perché zero non si può. In possesso di un preventivo da € 1.500,00 (che per me è una cifra) vado per ordinare. Chiedo la consegna come avviene e mi viene risposto che devo ritirare il materiale in strada, nonostante € 65,00 di trasporto. Rispondo che un'azienda di questo livello dovrebbe assicurare questo servizio al cliente e il "giovanotto" mi risponde che avrei dovuto chiamare l'impresa dei lavori per farmi salire tutto il materiale a casa, come se fossero alle mie dipendenze. Se questo è il modo di lavorare di questa azienda preferisco andare altrove

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale fornito ma solo per esposizione. Quindi se uno ha un urgenza anche di pochi metri quadrati, deve aspettare minimo 15 giorni. Personale inesistente, un solo impiegato che deve dare spiegazioni e fare preventivi con conseguente coda di persone in attesa. Lo sconsiglio, tanto vale andare sul sito, tanto si devono sempre ordinare....
Room provided but for display only. So if one has an urgency of even a few square meters, he has to wait at least 15 days. Non-existent staff, only one employee who has to give explanations and make estimates with a consequent queue of people waiting. I do not recommend it, we might as well go to the site, so you always have to order ....

Great place where you can buy interior design materials. The staff are very helpful. Ready for great suggestions should you need it. You can get an idea of how to furnish your home in total freedom because you can visit the large exhibition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo abbiamo dovuto fare la fila e aspettare un'oretta per essere serviti dato che c'era un solo commesso; poi, abbiamo scoperto che, praticamente, non hanno magazzino (almeno per le piastrelle) ed il materiale andava ordinato e sarebbe arrivato dopo due settimane... Pazienza! Facendo l'ordine, il commesso ha scoperto che non c'erano disponibili e sarebbero arrivate dopo le festività natalizie (un mese circa)...
Abbiamo rinunciato... cercheremo altrove.
Peccato, perchè l'esposizione è bella e molto fornita.
Unfortunately we had to queue and wait an hour to be served as there was only one clerk; then, we discovered that, practically, they have no warehouse (at least for the tiles) and the material had to be ordered and would arrive after two weeks ... Patience! By placing the order, the clerk discovered that there were no available and would arrive after the holiday season (about a month) ...
We gave up ... we will look elsewhere.
Too bad, because the exhibition is beautiful and well-stocked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bel negozio di ceramica, abbastanza fornito di una vasta scelta, tutto sul moderno tutto molto bello e ben esposto.
Varie tipi di piastrelle da quelli enormi a le più piccole, lucide, opache, effetto legno, mosaico e tanto altro. Bellissimi mobili da bagno, box doccia, rubinetteria, lavabi e sanitari, tutti di qualità.
Ottimo per chi vuole ristrutturare casa, c'è l'imbarazzo della scelta per soddisfare i gusti di tutti. Personale gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio vivamente!
Nice ceramic shop, quite stocked with a wide choice, all modern all very nice and well exposed.
Various types of tiles from the huge ones to the smallest ones, glossy, matte, wood effect, mosaic and much more. Beautiful bathroom furniture, shower cubicles, taps, washbasins and bathroom fixtures, all of high quality.
Great for those who want to renovate their home, there is plenty of choice to satisfy everyone's tastes. Friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terribile esperienza! Ho acquistato arredi per due bagni in questo negozio chiedendo di spedirmi il tutto a Lodi dove abito. Della merce arrivata uno specchio è arrivato danneggiato e mancavano 2 mobili.
Abbiamo chiesto di farci pervenire i 2 mobili mancanti e il rimborso dello specchio. Non abbiamo chiesto la sostituzione di quest'ultimo per paura che arrivasse ancora guasto. In sostanza, dopo circa un mese sono arrivati i mobili ma del reso non si sapeva ancora nulla. Nel frattempo che aspettavamo, ne abbiamo acquistato un altro in un negozio.. E dopo più di un mese di attesa per il rimborso, ci arriva un altro specchio!!!! La loro risposta è stata: NON FACCIAMO RESI, CI RESTITUISCA SE VUOLE LO SPECCHIO A SUE SPESE E VI FAREMO UN BUONO!!
Terrible experience! I bought furniture for two bathrooms in this shop asking them to send everything to Lodi where I live. Of the arrived goods, a mirror arrived damaged and 2 pieces of furniture were missing.
We asked for the 2 missing pieces of furniture and a refund for the mirror. We did not ask for the replacement of the latter for fear that it would still arrive broken. Basically, after about a month the furniture arrived but nothing was known about the return. In the meantime we waited, we bought another one in a shop .. And after more than a month of waiting for a refund, another mirror arrives !!!! Their response was: WE DO NOT MAKE RETURNS, YOU WILL RETURN US IF YOU WANT THE MIRROR AT YOUR EXPENSE AND WE WILL GIVE YOU A VOUCHER !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato delle piastrelle che servivano per un battiscopa. Ci siamo regolati con le indicazioni di chi stava eseguendo i lavori. Abbiamo acquistato quello che ci era stato detto più sei pezzi supplementari. Non so cosa sia successo ma quanto acquistato non era sufficiente. Non è stato possibile ordinare un paio di piastrelle. In questo modo il materiale diventa veramente oneroso.
I bought some tiles that were used for a skirting board. We settled with the indications of who was carrying out the work. We bought what we were told plus six additional pieces. I don't know what happened but what I bought was not enough. It was not possible to order a couple of tiles. In this way the material becomes really expensive.
