★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel mese di dicembre ho acquistato una borsa d'acqua calda elettrica, mi è stato riferito alla cassa che la garanzia era di 24 mesi basta conservare scatolo e scontrino, purtroppo sabato quando mi sono recato con il prodotto guasto e con scontrino e involucro originale mi è stato negato l'intervento in garanzia perchè a dire della responsabile ho ricevuto un informazione errata all'atto dell'acquisto, una Grande Delusione

Nei giorni scorsi ho effettuato un ordine online che, per un disguido tecnico, non è andato a buon fine. Sono stata aggiornata immediatamente (di domenica sera...) via mail ed hanno prontamente risolto accreditandomi l'intero importo. Ieri ho effettuato un nuovo ordine che,a distanza di pochissime ore è già stato messo in spedizione con relative scuse per il precedente disguido.
Quando si lavora a chi non capita un errore?
Ma la velocità, la cortesia e la loro disponibilità mi ha davvero colpito.
