Alle nostre rimostranze rispondevano che erano dispiaciuti non si sa bene di cosa. Usciti dal locale , con la promessa di non mettervi mai più piede, ci rechiamo da Abitare il tempo dei signori Gulotta, dove veniamo accolti come a casa nostra con competenza e professionalità. La cucina mi è arrivata dopo 4 mesi dalla data di presunta di consegna: colore diverso da quello ordinato, piano cottura a 4 fuochi mentre ne avevo ordinato uno a 5, cassettiera non allineata. Pagata in anticipo naturalmente come volevano loro. Ho deciso di tenermela per non aspettare ancora altri mesi. Avevo altri acquisti da fare ,ma con Asta Mobili ho chiuso. Vogliono essere pagati totalmente in anticipo e una volta consegnata la merce se ne lavano le mani, se la merce è difettosa o errata non vogliono sentire storie. Impossibile contattarli via telefono o mail perché non rispondono. A mai più rivederli. You just have to hope not to have problems of any kind because after-sales assistance is non-existent. Sconsigliato!!!!!!!! Friendly and competent in the shop. But the assistance .... They gave me the broken ovens !!!! And they've been asking me questions for months for changing them.
