Rapporto qualità prezzo ineccepibile rispetto ad altri nel centro città. La gerente estremamente maleducata e non professionale, perche' ho chiesto come mai fossero aumentati i prezzi mi ha fatto una scenata davanti ai clienti dicendo che visto che non mi fidavo di loro ,lei si rifiutava di farmi il servizio. Inoltre mi ha detto che se non potevo permettermi di pagare potevo andare da un altra parte. Mai vista una cosa del genere. Ero a Verona solo pochi giorni e cosi' ho dovuto essere io a scusarmi x farmi fare I capelli. La discussione e' durata almeno 20 minuti. In totale ho speso 220 euro per taglio, tricotage, diamante e piaga quando la volta prima avevo speso per lo stesso servizio 175 €. Mi sento truffata e offesa. Non mi vedete piu' e lascero' recensioni negative ovunque. Vergogna un salone nel cuore di Verona . Bad customer service.
