m	martina castagnini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una professionalita mai vista fin'ora. Mi sono sentita molto bene all'interno del negozio e sono uscita contenta e soddisfata,cosa che non succedeva da tanto. Lo staff molto preparato e disponibile,oltre che bravissimi. Hanno realizzato un colore e un taglio adatto a me,e hanno cercato di capirmi con una consulenza strepitosa. Grazie a Bruno,Bianca e Karol che sono riusciti a farmi felice. A professionalism never seen before. I felt very comfortable inside the shop and went out happy and satisfied, which hasn't happened for a long time. The staff very prepared and helpful, as well as very good. They created a color and cut that suited me, and tried to understand me with amazing advice. Thanks to Bruno, Bianca and Karol who managed to make me happy.

Se pago per un servizio pretendo una certa professionalità: avevo esplicitamente richiesto l’appuntamento con una specifica persona al telefono, quando mi sono presentata mi hanno detto che non lavorava più li, ero comunque disposta a rimanere, e mi è stato risposto che non avevano più voglia di tagliarmi i capelli. Al che ho preferito andarmene! Che vergogna, braccia rubate all’agricoltura. Embarrassing! If I pay for a service, I expect a certain professionalism: I had explicitly requested an appointment with a specific person on the phone, when I introduced myself they told me that he no longer worked there, I was still willing to stay, and I was told that they did not more want to cut my hair. To which I preferred to leave! What a shame, arms stolen from agriculture.

Si è dedicato a me Nicola.. ragazzo molto gentile, esperto e professionale. La mia esperienza è stata davvero positiva ed il risultato spettacolare.. consiglio a tutti di provare questo salone! Hi everyone! I recently went to Tigi concept for a lightening .. the salon is state-of-the-art, clean and welcoming. Nicola dedicated himself to me .. very kind, experienced and professional guy. My experience was really positive and the result was spectacular .. I recommend everyone to try this salon!

Matteo's receiving of me upon arrival was beyond impeccable, the salon ambience was comparable to any high street salon in the world and my time spent with Morris (hope I got his name spelt correctly) for my colour and cut was one of the best I had experienced in a long time. I am a hairdrewith 29years experience under my belt, and my experience at TiGi was above and beyond all my expectations, and as a bonus I received a fantastic colour and style too. Im happy with the final result and the price was fair :) If im ever in Verona again I will surly come again! Very recommended!!
