P	Paola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi spiace i ragazzi sono bravi..ma non sono trasparenti sui prezzi..ho chiesto un preventivo di tutto...accetto pensando di pagare così ma poi mi viene aggiunto 12 euro perché ho i capelli che toccano le spalle.. però avevo già pagato 12 per il taglio..altri 8 euro per un altro motivo... sono andata tre volte a chiedere il costo è mai una volta che mi abbiano detto dei 12 euro in più per capelli lunghi.. eppure sono lì davanti a te li vedi di che lunghezza sono...io mi sono proprio sentita presa in giro.. I'm sorry the guys are good .. but they are not transparent about the prices .. I asked for a quote of everything ... I accept thinking of paying this way but then I get 12 euros added because I have hair that touches my shoulders .. but I already had paid 12 for the cut..other 8 euros for another reason ... I went three times to ask for the cost and never once did they tell me about the extra 12 euros for long hair .. yet they are there in front of you see what length I am ... I really felt teased ..

Il colore sarebbe 15,90 ,peccato che sia il costo del colore per capelli corti, per una lunghezza da spalla in giù (i miei sono medi), ci si vedono addizionati altri 12 euro..Fosse solo questo.. Sempre senza metterti al corrente dell'ammontare della spesa aggiuntiva,ti propongono un siero da aggiungere alla tinta, per non far prudere la cute ( quindi è un'ammissione che la tinta è aggressiva per la cute?) E sono altri 6,90 euro. Siccome ho detto che il colore che avevo fatto precedentemente tendeva un pochino al rosso,mi hanno aggiunto ,dopo la tintura, un riflessante,senza spiegarmi che era un supplemento di colore,altri 8,50 euro.. Faccio una " pizzicata": beccucci d'oca e casco,un caldo malefico ma consigliata da loro ,al posto della piega mossa a phon ( certo,meno calda per me ma più caldo e lavoro per loro)..Al lavatesta aria condizionata a stecca ma non sono riuscita a fargliela abbassare.."Tanto ora ci spostiamo".. La crema ricci è costata 3 euro ma sono riusciti a rifilarmi anche l'olio ,alla fine, per idratare i ricci,neanche ho fatto in tempo a protestare che l'olio me li appesantisce e liscia,altri 2 euro.. Ho fatto i conti :sullo scontrino mi son ritrovata 32,50 in più di quanto avessi previsto.. I ricci ...erano meno ricci di quando mi asciugo la testa da sola ,e crespi.. Una volta erano meno "aggressivi" dal punto di vista del marketing,quando c'erano le due Lucia.. The price posted. I did the math: on the receipt I found myself 32.50 more than I had expected .. The curls ... they were less curly than when I dry my head alone, and frizzy .. Once they were less "aggressive" from a marketing point of view, when there were the two Lucias ..

Ho chiesto all altra signora di non fare lo shampoo specifico ma il normale invece ha fatto finta di non sentire e ha fatto quello specifico aggiungendo anche un anticrespo quando avevo esplicitamente detto di non voler messo nulla. Peccato che ci si trovi costretti a fare recensioni di questo tipo ma è necessario. They are fast and don't keep the customer waiting. Unfortunately not everyone is as correct as Domenico. I asked the other lady not to do the specific shampoo but the normal one instead pretended not to hear and did the specific one, also adding an anti-frizz when I had explicitly said I didn't want to put anything. Too bad that you are forced to make reviews of this type but it is necessary.
