★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi trovo molto bene da Japan moto, sono gentili e molto disponibili, quando hai un problema e passi di lì, qualcuno che ti dà un'occhiata al volo per capire e darti un parere lo trovi subito.Tempo fa la batteria aveva iniziato a dare i numeri e sono passata per chiedere, mi hanno subito portato dentro lo scooter e mi hanno testato al volo la parte elettrica capendo subito il problema. ho un agility 125 che non avevo acquistato da loro ma poi ho iniziato a farmi seguire lì per tagliandi e controlli. I prezzi sono in linea con altri meccanici, mi sembra, ma sono chiari nel dirli e, appunto, gentili e disponibili,che è un valore aggiunto non scontato in questo settore.

I have an agility 125 that I hadn't bought from them but then I started being followed there for coupons and checks. The prices are in line with other mechanics, it seems to me, but they are clear in saying them and, in fact, kind and helpful, which is an added value that is not taken for granted in this sector.

Da loro la differenza l'hanno fatta la cordialità e la vasta scelta, oltreché una professionalità prontamente riscontrata. La posizione del negozio è in una zona interessante, mentre l'officina assistenza è in una zona diversa, in periferia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono andato da loro per un problema alla frizione e alla catena di trasmissione. sono stati super gentili e disponibili, ma soprattutto veloci e competenti, tempo 15 minuti e avevano già risolto tutto (non avevo nemmeno chiamato per prenotare/avvisare). per qualsiasi problema sicuramente tornerò lì. consigliato. 5 stelle meritate.
I went to them with a problem with the clutch and the drive chain. they were super nice and helpful, but above all fast and knowledgeable, time 15 minutes and they had already sorted everything out (I hadn't even called to book / advise). for any problem I will definitely return there. recommended. 5 stars you deserve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato una bimota appena acquistata, seguita da loro quando era del precedente proprietario. Me l’hanno riconsegnata “a posto” (a detta loro) ma le condizioni delle candele erano terribili. Inoltre per una delle 4 la filettatura della testa è rovinata!
In aggiunta perdeva benzina dalla guarnizione pompa/serbatoio (che ho poi sostituito io) e Il vaso di espansione era completamente vuoto. Il freno posteriore aveva l’olio nero e sotto il minimo.
SCRITTA MAIL DI PROTESTA CON RELATIVE FOTO E NEMMENO RICEVUTA RISPOSTA.
