★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wouldn't give the Chase even 1 star. Do not trust the Chase. Worse bank ever. Customer service waiting time over 1hour. They blocked my mother's account for no reason. My mother is 85 years old. I was helping her to contact Chase to help her to unlock her account. Stupid question were asked. She is 85 years old. She was stressed and confused.
Finally we got true. She explained the transfer she made: paying rent!!!!! Simple. New rent,
new amount. We were reassured that this will never happen again. Today, 2 days later, she is going to make another transfer - one month security deposit. Chase blocked her account again!!!!!! Same
