I have had boiler maintenance with them for several years. I had a great time without major problems. The staff of the call center was very kind and courteous and the staff who intervened for the checks showed meticulous attention to my personal requests with excellent operational professionalism. Seriousness and excellence of the service in general sets them apart. Definitely recommended and of course I send my personal thanks

Si occupano di manutenzione caldaie,quindi si presuppone che dovrebbero disporre di una certa rintracciabilità e che se uno cerca di contattarli è perché ha problema...e invece provate a fare i loro recapiti telefonici, aggiungo che ho chiamato in orario di ufficio e non la notte di natale!
they cannot be found despite 4 telephone numbers. They deal with boiler maintenance, so it is assumed that they should have some traceability and that if one tries to contact them it is because they have a problem ... and instead try to make their telephone numbers, I add that I called during office hours and not Christmas night!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fino a due anni fa niente da dire... Dal 2018 ho una grossissima difficoltà a contattare la struttura. Pulizia caldaia nel 2018 saltata per loro impossibilità. Nel 2019 dovevano essere eseguite due visite per la pulizia caldaia (di cui pago abbonamento sulla bolletta) ma a tutt oggi non ho avuto l appuntamento. Ho chiamato 10 giorni fa e mi hanno detto cje sarei stata richiamata. Oggi ho chiamato 10 volte.. Dopo 2 minuti cade la linea. Assolutamente da evitare. Voglio disdire l abbonamento.
Until two years ago nothing to say ... From 2018 I have a very big difficulty in contacting the structure. Boiler cleaning in 2018 jumped to their inability. In 2019 two visits had to be carried out for the boiler cleaning (of which I pay subscription on the bill) but to date I have not had the appointment. I called 10 days ago and they told me I would be called back. Today I called 10 times .. After 2 minutes the line falls. Absolutely to be avoided. I want to cancel the subscription.
