Da evitare assolutamente!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ per esperienza: Personale maleducato dal primo all'ultimo. Inclusa la direttrice. Come sempre, si consiglia di cambiare lavoro se il proprio non piace ed annoia, perché poi la frustrazione si traduce in un pessimo servizio al cliente.
from experience: Rude staff from first to last. Including the director. As always, it is advisable to change jobs if you don't like your job and it is boring, because frustration then translates into bad customer service.

Me ne sono andato senza risolvere nulla , secondo loro non era possibile.
Sono andato all'ufficio postale di via Don Vender a Brescia in 20 minuti
hanno fatto tutto e con gentilezza .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il solito problema del settore pubblico è che la qualità del servizio è estremamente bassa. Le attese sono interminabili e il personale non è preparato. Il servizio di prenotazione via app, unica trovata utile, non funziona e spesso porta ad attendere più dei quanto si attende a prendere il numero in posta. Chi deve fare un reso pre-pagato (durata del servizio 30 secondi), deve attendere insieme a servizi che richiedono 15 minuti. Mi piacerebbe, questo è un consiglio che do, che ci fosse almeno il tentativo da parte dei dipendenti di redimere il nome delle poste e tentare di fornire un servizio quantomeno decente.
The usual problem with the public sector is that the quality of service is extremely low. The waits are interminable and the staff is not prepared. The booking service via app, the only useful find, does not work and often leads to waiting longer than expected to get the number in the mail. Those who have to make a pre-paid return (duration of service 30 seconds), must wait together with services that take 15 minutes. I would like, this is my advice, that there was at least an attempt by the employees to redeem the name of the post office and try to provide at least a decent service.
