R	Roberto Vismara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stamattina alle 13,20 circa mi sono recato nell'ufficio di Valbrembo per chiedere una informazione riguardo una raccomandata arrivata per una multa automobilistica, la multa era stata pagata in mattinata un'ora prima da mia moglie, volevo solo che l'avviso riguardasse proprio quella raccomandata, il sig.re dello sportello con fare un pò di quello che probabilmente voleva andare a mangiare, o magari più semplicemente non aveva molta voglia di lavorare, mi ha liquidato con uno " guardi la raccomandata" in fondo gli ho chiesto solo se poteva controllare , niente da fare l'ufficio era vuoto e probabilmente non aveva voglia di fare nulla, se il sig.re non ha più voglia di lavorare, oppure non è propriamente adatto al contatto con il pubblico, faccia qualcos'altro che lo stimoli e lasci il posto a persone che sorridono, una informazione gli sarebbe costata probabilmente 30 secondi, ma probabilmente ero uno scocciatore per lui, con la speranza che rifletta su tutto cio., se questo è il servizio.... L'ufficio si presenta moderno senza i vetri blindati di una volta. Unica nota negativa è che non fanno orario continuato, gli sportelli restano aperti al max fino 13.45 (sabato 12.45), Domenica chiuso. Small but efficient post office. Per fare una singola cosa o devo passare almeno 2 o 3 volte o mi devo arrangiare da un altra parte... Pessimo ufficio.. Ogni volta mi pento di avere a che fare con le poste. Sul tichet lasciato dal postino c era scritto che dopo tre giorni solari lavorativi sarebbe avvenuto un secondo tentativo di consegna oppure di chiamare il numero verde. Ho chiamato il numero verde e la raccomandata era in giacenza nell' ufficio postale e potevo passare a ritirarla. Ho preso un ora di permesso dal lavoro e sono andato a ritirare la raccomandata. Dopo 40 minuti di coda allo sportello mi viene detto che devo andare nella porta accanto per ritirare la raccomandata. Vado ,suono il campanello e mi viene detto che hanno molto da fare e di aspettare 10 minuti . Ne aspetto 25 e mi viene detto che la raccomandata era in consegna perché era il terzo giorno solare . Cosa non vera perché il terzo giorno sarebbe lunedì . Mi invita a andare a casa e aspettare il postino . Naturalmente non é arrivato nessuno . L operatrice non aveva voglia di cercare la raccomandata e mi ha fatto perdere mezza giornata di lavoro inutilmente per sua negligenza. Noi dobbiamo pagare queste persone ? É assurdo che le poste italiane fanno lavorare queste persone . I received a courtesy notice from a registered letter.
