Very slow office, staff working listlessly, one working the other watching. The neighborhood postman often passes and does not ring the bell for registered mail. I, too, like others have written, I think it is the worst post office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiariamo una cosa: il personale che ci lavora è disponibile, paziente, gentile e competente. Tutti i disagi e i disservizi che molti utenti lamentano e che io stesso ho sperimentato sono imputabili ai dirigenti superiori (quelli che percepiscono stipendi alti, troppo alti, e che in quell'ufficio non vedrete mai). Ci vorrebbe un organico più numeroso, un esperto consulente informatico fisso, computer e connessioni più veloci ed efficienti; oltre a procedure e software più snelli.
Let's get one thing straight: the staff who work there are helpful, patient, kind and knowledgeable. All the inconveniences and inefficiencies that many users complain about and that I myself have experienced are attributable to the senior managers (those who receive high salaries, too high, and that you will never see in that office). It would take a larger staff, an expert fixed IT consultant, faster and more efficient computers and connections; as well as leaner procedures and software.
